Our team was tasked to design dispensers that elevate the current 3M product line into a space with more sophisticated and sculptural forms, while maintaining the original line’s fun and expressive spirit.

Rapid Exploration
Initial conceptualization involved scotch-tape and various animal forms and objects that were pre-selected by the 3M team.
Designed with Intent
3D printing enabled the team to accurately make decisions on scale, clearances, and usability. Due to the design’s complex form, the location of part lines was critical in maintaining the aesthetic intent.
